Temporary Shipping & Fulfillment Schedule (Nov 2026 – Jan 2027)
Thank you for visiting Isabelle Yamamoto. Please be advised that our shipping and fulfillment operations will be temporarily relocated to Japan from November 2026 through January 2027 for seasonal business operations.
1. Shipping Operations from November 2026 to January 2027
- Fulfillment Origin: All orders placed during this period will be processed and shipped directly from Japan.
- Available Delivery Destinations: Delivery is temporarily limited to Asia.
- Carriers & Tracking: Orders will be handled via reliable express carriers with full end-to-end tracking.
2. Worldwide Shipping Resumption (February 2027 Onwards)
From February 2027, our standard shipping operations from Belgium will fully resume, and worldwide shipping to Europe, North America, and other regions will be re-enabled according to our standard Sales Conditions.
3. Custom Orders, B2B & Advance Worldwide Orders
We continue to accept custom orders, trade/B2B inquiries (architects, interior designers, and galleries), and advance orders for worldwide delivery (Europe, North America, etc.) resuming in February 2027.
